  Best branch across the whole company. service is 5 star and really restored my faith in the business after some bad experiences with some of your other branches. sorry i don't know any names but the new assistant manager and the lad on the shop floor ( really tall ) - i will be back all because of this service!

  Leeds Trinity Sunglass Hut staff is so very friendly & helpful. Not only Phebe & Mathew helped us with their recommendations to pick our sunglasses, they helped keeping our 4 year old busy while we were browsing. Very happy with the whole experience & our purchases.

  Exceptional service deserves recognition. I’d like to apologise in advance if I’ve misspelled his name and I hope he still works here as I'm late for this review but wanted to write this for Iwan/Ewan. I couldn’t leave without highlighting the outstanding service I received at Sunglasses Hut. His product knowledge was exceptional, and it was clear he genuinely cares about the customer experience. He took the time to explain options, answer questions thoroughly, and never once made me feel rushed. His patience, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set him apart. He went above and beyond to help me and was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. I can honestly say this is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a retail setting. Staff like him are exactly what every business hopes for. This store is incredibly lucky to have a gem like him, he represents everything a great brand should stand for, and they need more staff just like him. Thank you again for such an excellent experience.

  Amazing shopping experience at the Trinity Sunglass Hut! Was treated to the most stunning pair of Moncler glasses and the staff member who helped us was absolutely brilliant. I didn't get his name but he's the guy in the photos of the review below! Excellent, give him a pay rise :-)
